What do you like to keep stashed in your vehicle for the munchies?

Nothing... I live in Phoenix, AZ. Storing anything in my car is a pretty bad idea. LOL

I'm currently using a cheap styrofoam cooler, but I'd like to upgrade. Granted, Seattle summers are nothing like yours, but what are people using down thar? Are there any cheap, practical cooler options?

I'm in phx too, and as long as nuts don't stay in there for months, they work fine. But that's pretty much it. Anything else spoils, melts or is 120 degrees all the time.

Roasted almonds, fruit leather, Luna Bars. I also carry a couple of single serving hummus and nut butter packs to dress up a bagel or a baked potato or something.

Thanks! What hummus do you like? I don't like most store hummus. I found a good brand recently, but then it disappeared.

Wild Garden is the brand that makes single serving shelf-stable pouches. It's not great as hummus goes, but it's better than none at all.
